Step 1: Compliance with Regulations

 Ensure that all emergency lighting designs comply with relevant regulations and standards, such as local building codes, fire safety regulations, and emergency lighting standards (e.g., EN 1838, BS 5266, NFPA 101) 

Step 2: Risk Assessment

 Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential emergency situations and determine appropriate emergency lighting requirements for different areas of a facility or building. 

Step 3: Circuit Board Customization

  •  Design customized emergency lighting solutions tailored to the specific needs and requirements of each customer, taking into consideration factors such as building layout, occupancy type, escape routes, and emergency exit signage. 
  •   If the client has provided their own private design, our factory will review it to ensure that it is suitable for manufacturing (DFM). They may make suggestions for cost or process improvements, or identify any issues that need to be addressed.  
  •   We assure complete confidentiality of our customers' designs, should you choose to provide us your design, rest assured it will be kept under strictest commercial secret by us. 

Step 4: 3D CAD Modeling

  3D CAD modeling will be used to create models of electronic devices, subsystems and mechanical components that the electronic devices require, such as enclosures and brackets. These models can be used to visualize the final product and to ensure that it meets the necessary technical requirements and specifications. Additionally, 3D CAD models can be used to create detailed manufacturing drawings and bill of materials.

Step 5: Housing Material
